Fine Art & Sketching Workshop

In an era of AI tools and one-click filters, there is something rebelliously beautiful about the sound of charcoal scratching against paper. We often forget that before there was a mouse, there was a hand. The recent Fine Art and Sketching Workshop at Animentor Academy was a journey back to the very soul of creativity. It is easy to get lost in complex 3D software, but if you cannot capture the essence of a shape with a simple pencil, the software is just a crutch. 

Watching students smudge graphite on their fingers and wrestle with perspective was a reminder of why we do this. Whether you are studying interior design or high-end animation, the foundation is always observation. This workshop wasn’t about making pretty pictures; it was about teaching the eye to observe and the hand to execute.
